Top 20 Asset Management Companies

I know we can all find a list of Asset Management companies under Partners, but I am in search of the TOP 20 Asset Management Companies.Please share who you think are the TOP 20 Asset Management Companies.I am currently signed up with reotrans.com, Keystone Asset Management, Lighthouse Real Estate Solutions, disposolutions.com, and Green River Capital.The rumor on the block is that many reo's will be released in July. I would like to be on the TOP 20 before June 15th.Thanks for your help in advance!!!

    I have received listings from all of them exept Titanium, from them I have receive the opportunity to put my name first in front of potential short sales, but not listing yet.
    Just make sure you have some things ready before you get your first listing, and I recomend to sign up wiht RES.NET, Disposolutions and REOTRANS soon, some asset managers woud only give you an assignment if you are signed up with them.
    Yes it cost money, and then you would need money for cash for keys, and or contractor to rekey property, trash removal, cleaning, grass cut, any important repair and or utilities.

    Resnet, Fareo, fidelity, select portfolio, asset link, Yes AM's give listing to those they trust first. I suggest you build a mailing list. Look for AMs e-mails and phone numbers anywhere you might find them. Be sure to thank them and ask for work AFTER you close a smooth tranaction. Even if it was not your listing. After is the important part here.

    I am signed up with ReoTrans, Keystone and a few others, so far in two years I have only received one listing. I have over 15 years of REO experience, but I am unable to get my foot in the door with any of them. Many of the REO agents doing business in my area are new unexperienced agents. I have several transactions with these agents and many have no clue as to their job description. My feeling is the asset managers are giving business to the same agents and not spreading the wealth.

    Thanks for the info: First American REO, I have heard that Home EQ does several but I have not been able to get signed on with them
