  • I just signed up with Titanium myself. I'll do my best to keep everyone posted on how it goes. Wish me luck.
  • I just signed up with Titanium this week, completed the training and have received two leads, which I am going to visit this weekend. Both are follow ups on loan modifications that were sent out. I am excited to see how it goes and hopefully I can assist in keeping these folks in their homes.
  • Camilla,

It has been two months since you completed your training with Titanium. Any leads yet?
  • Hi Jesse

I was just wondering what kind of post card campaign you are using. Do you have a particular company?

    Thanks
  • Thanks Jesse, That's really great news, I just completed my training, and I'm looking forward to starting a business relationship with them.
  • Hi Camila:

I have a lot of experience with Titanium and I can tell you it has been great! In fact, it has been one of the best decisions I have ever done.

It was amazing when I first went out on my very first call because I ended up listing it and closing it, which was a great start.

The key to remember with Titanium is that you have to work the "leads" you are given. In other words, if you help a homeowner out and get them on a Loan Modification, you still need to stay in contact with them because those people will eventually sell and because you have a relationship where you really helped them out, it has been my experience, they almost always come back to me.

FYI: All my titanium leads are on a monthly post card campaign and if they have email, I sign them up for my weekly blog through my website, which by the way, has a whole section dedicated to Foreclosure Avoidance.

In short, I establish a relationship where I am THEIR EXPERT and local person to contat when they have a problem so, I am always in front of them. Let's just say, it's been gggrrrreeeaatt!
