RESNET

Does anyone know which companies are still using RESNET for REO?? Doesn't seem like they have as much inventory as the other REO platforms

  • Lots of action on auction.com, go look and see .
  • I have accounts with PNC and Old Republic - both use the Res.net platform
  • The county had some court cases moving in the counties I cover but just recently, there were only 14 in the MLS in one county all of last year. I think its good to search their site and see how many are in your area that show in inventory, I looked on Equator for listings and nothing in my area.
  • I hear you on that one Diane. Just this morning I went in to cancel my auto-renew on the AMP, the $700 yearly due to a lack of REOs.
  • what other plat form is there for REO'S i do not want to pay $700 like it did last year and get nothing
  • I have had one from Planet Home Lending and that is it. There is either a lack of inventory or others in my area getting them. I think the former is the case. I know in past years I get 'hand me down's' as I call them - homes taken from another agent. I LOVE them, they are all overpriced. I manage to get them all under contract in just a few weeks. Now with very low inventory (the average DOM in Tampa Bay is 10 days), these would move fast if priced right.
  • they talked me into joining last years saying there was many REO's coming it's almost time to renew and have not gotten any thing from them
