  • I get a few listings from them a year. mostly from new clients. My old clients seem to be disappearing. I used to get alot of listings but now maybe a half dozen throughout the year. The commissions are lousy, they get worse with every new client.
  • Depends on your area. I've been with them 10 years with no listings ever. 2020 is going to be my last year
  • What about commercial REOs and broker opinions. Has anybody gotten commercial REOs or BPOs from RES.NET?

    Thank you!

  • Like others, I got at least anywhere from 25 to 50 listings a year from them, now I am getting very little. Some of my bigger clients like Bayview seem to have dried up. I was getting the bulk of my listings from them but I have only had one listing from them in 8 months and it was a reassign from another agent. Not sure what is going on. I sold everything I had with them in a timely manner. A title specialist told me that they are very slow......

  • $490 was cheap.

  • Shouldn't they give us a discount for advertising RES.NET in the MLS agent remarks?

  • I paid the $490 and no listings to date that was March 2018.

  • I have been in the AMP which is the $700 package since shortly after it was on market. Many years. I always have something in there now. For me it is well worth the price. I recommend it strongly.

  • I've been a member of res.net for at least 6 years & received minimum 25-30 listings every year from multiple different banks/service companies, until this year.  REO's in my area have declined; the volume just isn't there anymore.  $700/per year was definitely worth it before, but unsure if it will be in the future.

  • I paid for a 1 year membership 2 years ago I received 1 listing in that year for a property that sold for 60k and took a good amount of my time (bi weekly inspections, etc) needless to say I did not renew. For a 700 price tag I would expect more than 1 opportunity in a year.
