We are starting to see more distressed and REO commercial real estate here in Las Vegas and surrounding areas. My colleagues are getting inventory from FDIC, SBA, private entities and financial institutions. In my opinion we are going to be seeing more commercial inventory. I have been following this in the Wall Street Journal the past few months. Many of the REIT's are way, way over their heads in debt that they are now not able to re-fi due to the credit crunch. The Journal has been tracking this for some time now and view commercial as the next large segement of real estate to take the plunge into high rates of foreclosure.
