  • I have been receiving these e-mails for more than 6 months. I clicked the very first time, signed up for the webinar. No Charge of course. Every other week they are mentioning  different lenders-Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, Bankers Asset management. This is a scam just mentioning that these banks and asset managers want to recruit you and to sign up for the webinar. They are trying to make money of agents who were doing REO in the past. Do not waste your money.

  • Another scam to get money from hard working Realtors.

  • I get these constantly via email. Never wasted time on them. Nice to know I saved time and money.

I do get some Chase REOs. Not easy money, especially when auctions are involved. They also are slow to respond to good offers. Maybe they should change the name from Chase to

    Leisurely Pursuit Bank

  • This is a scam from agents who did REO back in the day and now are trying to make money of agents who want to do REO.. Do not waste your money.

  • Another Affiliate Marketing SCAM that you see all over Internet! And now they're targeting Real Estate Agents with this so called REO Listing Agents Wanted as a hook! It seems $ 97 is the magic number they all use to steal your hard earned money from you. Just think, if only 1,000 uninformed and desperate Agents are hooked into this Scam and signed up and paid $ 97, that's $ 97,000. How about if 10,000 Agents sign up? That's almost a Whopping 1 million dollars! It's all a numbers game with these Scammers! Stay away from them and tell all your Fellow Agents to stay away from them!

  • I am getting all the time same or similar ad recruiting REO agents. You may notice at the end of the statement that they claim they are are endorsed by the banks they claim to be recruiting agents and are not affiliated also. Usually, this ad is coming from Georgia.

  • Just another scheme preying on agents who will believe anything. The rule of thumb remains if you're asked to pay for it, DON'T !!! The 2 hours you spend listening to their BS is better spent emailing any of the REO companies easily Googled asking to be considered for REO assignments.

  • Another, give us your money and get no usable information in return.  Fluff.  Pass.

  • I have been receiving those emails for a good 6-8 months now, I clicked on one of the Links and registered for the Webinar, they didn't charge me anything. On the Webinar they talk their spiel for a while they gave out contact info to  about half a dozen well known asset management companies and then went back to: if you join our exclusive reo program for only $999999999 then we'll show you how to be ...............that's when I x the browser and go back to work.

  • assuredly a waste of money. You have to get right in there somehow with the asset manager. I actually know the Chase REO person personally and don't get any more reo's than before. (I have done 2) It is very competitive.
