  • After not receiving payment for 3 BPO's I did for Evaluation Solution in late 2011, I stopped accepting work from them. Every time I am contacted by one of their reps to do a BPO I mention the non-payment.  Each time the rep says they will send a message to accounting (so they say).  Still no payment as of today.  I have the impression they just move on to another unsuspecting agent who grabs their BPO work.  And so it goes!

  • I haven't been paid since at least January 25th, 2011. I have done 14 BPOs and have not received any money from them. As of today they owe me $855.00

  • Thanks Megan. Mechanics lien came from other people posting on other sites about this company, evaluation solutions. I wish everyone would do what I am doing and accept every BPO they offer you and simply don't do them. It makes them look bad and maybe they will be used by fewer banks (We all know the banks are paying them and eval is not paying us, what a money maker for eval!)

    Update, no check yet.

  • I too just realized after accidentally stumbling across this blog that they owe me for 71 BPOs dating back to October 2010 ($3000+).....any suggetions?  :(

  • Tanya, great update I hope you get a check, at one point they had told us they mailed out a check and even gave us a check number but we never recieved it :(.  I will certainly try this contact you've found and GREAT idea on the mechanics liens!
  • I've never  been paid from this company yet. It's been over 9 months. My experience has been that they must pick up reassigns from other companies, with guaranteed 24 (or less) hour delivery.  The "rush" status affords the right to charge more I imagine.  A great get rich quick scheme. When they call to offer the bpo, you can tell it's a room full of people offering bpos and negoitating prices.  They even called on a Saturday night begging for a rush bpo. Now I understand as a Realtor, we work any time, but why the hell is anyone else working on a Saturday night. I don't even respond to their ridiculous requests of "hello this is so and so with Eval Solutions, can you do a rush bpo in tim buck two in 3 hours?  I say well no I have other bpo's I'm working on that I actually get paid for. You want me to be to stop working on those so I can not get paid?  Telemarketing style, Click.
  • I would also like to participate.

I have received 2 checks for them over the past year and a half, both of which I had to beg for.  I can not however seem to get my most recent check from them and I have been requesting payment from them since May. One of my agents received hers a couple weeks ago so I became hopeful that I might actually get paid.  I have done 80 BPO's and am waiting for payment on the last 7.  I won't be doing anymore reporst for them, payment is just too dificult.

I tend to get the best response when I do an email blast out to everyone in their company first thing in the morning daily.  Usually by the 4th or 5th day someone will respond. Maybe give that a shot?

  • I just found out this morning that I too am not getting paid since July 29th 2011. I am owed $865 from them. I sent an email out to every person that was recommended by other agents not getting paid. I let them know I will be placing mechanic liens on every asset I completed work on and I did report them to the BBB. Here is the response:

    Tanya,
Any orders due to you and within accounting's cutoff will mail to you by end of this week.

*Orders can not begin pay process until 30-45 days after being delivered to our client.
*Accounting has a cutoff during each process. That cutoff is usually 30-45 days prior to the date
     of processing.
*Your account can not process more than once within a 30 day period.

You can email me or Melissa 30 days after you receive your check and we will check on pay status for you for quicker response.

    Sincerely,

    Lorie Carter

I will let you know if I receive any checkss next week. Meanwhile, I plan to accept every single BPO request and not complete any.

  • Thanks so much for the warning.  I just started doing BPO's for them.  First one completed September 2nd, no payment yet.  The most recent one just a few days ago.  I already had them on my "watch" list......I found their methods and reports suspicious.....some of the information they requested I believe was for puropses other then the actual BPO.

  • We'd be glad to participate.  We have 16 unpaid orders with Eval dating back to dec of last year.
