Brokerpriceopinion.com, a First Valuation Company

Did 2 rush BPO's for this Company in the most dangerous area in South Florida and haven't been paid.  It's been almost a year for the first BPO and it's been  8 months for the other. Anyone else have that problem with this Company (Brokerpriceopinion.com, a First Valuation Company)?? They keep blaming it on accounting.  Anyone have any suggestions other than not doing anymore BPO'S for them (which I did stop after 2nd BPO)??

Thank You for your input,

Kevin Novack

  • Being told for over a year on 1 BPO I am going to get paid and 8 months on the other 1.  Everyone in the group that has been beat by them need to stick together and get this Company straighten out.

  • As far as I knew they were closed down? I had received a notice from their attorney and they were "gracious" enough to pay $800+/- of the $1400 they owed me. I am surprised they are still up? Will have to contact them -.-

  • Thanks Elizabeth.  Hopefully, she will do something about it.

  • Way to go Linda.

  • I finally started accepting assignments from them last October 2015 even though they have been sending me assignment emails.  Their fees are lower than the norm but I thought, it is okay if I am not busy, it helps me be more aware with the market.  I have been told that it takes them 3 months to pay.  Last month I started to call Brandy of Broker Price Opinion who has been sending me assignments to check the status but as of today still no success.  After reading all these posts, I called Sarah and left her a voice mail message and did mention that I will file a complaint with the State Attorney General's office and at the same time also sent her and Brandy an email letting them know that if I don't hear from them within 7 days, then I will have to file the complaint. And surprise, after 5 minutes, I heard from Sarah and she informed me that I am missing some documents for me to get paid.  She asked me to email them to her and she will process the payment right away.  Let us see if it happens.  Sarah's email address is  Sarah@firstvaluation.com.

  • Just left Sarah a message stating I am going to contact State Attorney Generals office and several us will too if not paid. For me it's not the $150 they owe me, it's the principle. Just not right and I wonder how many agents throughout the Country have not been paid. If this indeed the case, they need to be shut down.

  • I just sent a email to: Sarah@brokerpriceopinion.com

I will let you know if I get anywhere.

  • I too have been sucked in! I did about 8 orders and have not been paid with the oldest for 6/9/15. I talked to Christine @ 303-991-9919 ext. 1028. She said they are having accounting issues and I should be paid by the end of March. I still get orders from them but I will not do anymore for them. I am going to try Sarah.

  • Did a few for them in Port Washington WI, I know all the ones I did were for Harris Bank as a few homeowners talked to me when I was taking the photos said they were doing a refinance. Anyway was never paid ever so I accepted a few more and never completed them. When they asked for a status I said I was never paid and was told they would look into it....but nothing. I also went to Harris Bank and complained that whatever vender they use is not paying us. They looked into it  (so they say) and said they do not order from BPO.com they use another company who orders from BPO.com. Mega Banks…got a love them.

  • contact State Attorney General's Office,  I had to do that to get paid by a company in Colarado
