I did some work for this company and they have never paid. First excuse was that somehow they had missed me on the pay period for that month. Next month the excuse was that they had not been paid for the BPO so I had to wait for them to be paid. It takes them 3 months to pay for work done - that is when they do pay and they have not paid me yet so its more like 9 months. So know i have started calling them whenever and all I get is there voice mail promising to call me back within 48 hours that never happens. If you have outstanding unpaid BPO from them you can call 303-991-9919 ext 1042 or 1029 and you will get the same results. It used to be a guy that was at that line but know is an old lady and the other line is answered by some very young voice that probably doesnt know what she got herself into.
If any one knows of any other way to get ahold of some one in the company that will pay me please let me know.
Any new agents that have never done business with them DON"T. .

Stay away from this company moving forward. They are bad news. in the meantime, send them a threatening letter certified stating that you will take them to court. I do not understand how they are still in business. Also, find out who the lender is and let them know what Broker Price Opinion is doing. Technically this is embezzlement if you think about it.
I got a small partial payment after filing a complaint with the Colorado Better Business Bureau and the Colorado Atty General's office. I have asked both organization to keep the files open because I have not received all my money yet. Why is NAR not involved for the Realtors against companies like this?

E-valuations and Integrated asset services(IAS) both defunct and left jobs to be paid which they never did. first valuation is the only active that hasn't paid. Jason

Why does REO Pro gives Broker Price Opinion 2 Stars? And there is an auto fill for BPO ... Dangerous. I always consider the REO companies tab is a list of Companies which carries an average or above rating in our Industry and a list I can trust. Shouldn't this Company go down to a half star rating or no rating at all ... also pull that Auto Fill. Also there should be a Agent comment tab for each company that other Agents can read from other Agents and then make the best chose for them. That being said ... I love REO Pro Default Professionals. Thank you for being there for us.
