I did some work for this company and they have never paid. First excuse was that somehow they had missed me on the pay period for that month. Next month the excuse was that they had not been paid for the BPO so I had to wait for them to be paid. It takes them 3 months to pay for work done - that is when they do pay and they have not paid me yet so its more like 9 months. So know i have started calling them whenever and all I get is there voice mail promising to call me back within 48 hours that never happens. If you have outstanding unpaid BPO from them you can call 303-991-9919 ext 1042 or 1029 and you will get the same results. It used to be a guy that was at that line but know is an old lady and the other line is answered by some very young voice that probably doesnt know what she got herself into.
If any one knows of any other way to get ahold of some one in the company that will pay me please let me know.
Any new agents that have never done business with them DON"T. .

They also work under the name firstvaluation.net. I've gotten about 10 emails saying there are orders available and the log in page is to Brokerpriceopinion.com. Definitely a waste of time, energy and gas doing any work for them!
Thanks Olga I passed it along to another agent to help spread it. E- valuations in florida pulled this stunt too. I only had three jobs unpaid for which is lucky for me. I sent an email to first valuations asking where my check was that they promised was in the mail like two weeks ago. Pony express would have had it hear by now!! People you need to focus on the good companies I can privately direct you to the ones I like. Jason
If you are still skeptical about this company im adding a link to an article where it states that they are being sued and have filled for bankruptcy. Please share this so no other agent gets taken and we can put this company on the do not work for list

In many casas that is true but I have made a lot of money working for the big companies.
Right On Olga. I couldn't have said it better. All agent DO NOT work for Broker Price Opinion unless you want to waste your time.
I have never done any work for them but have done work others that have not paid.
If you look at some of the many past post's on this company, it will shed some light. They have been stiffing agents now for a couple of years. Many filed thru the BBB and some received payment and some not. They also try and re-negotiate what they owe. At this point I don't even know what their status is, but I'm sure they will reenter the market place with a different name, and start this cycle all over again. It seems to be the trend now
