****BPO Automation Product Inquiry

I am considering purchasing the BPO automation product. These products are not cheap and I am looking for some honest feedback or review. If you have purchased the product which one it was, the Auto Accept or Auto Fill? I am assuming the auto Accept is the preferred product.

Once you purchased the product did you BPO volume increase? Were the companies happy with the quality of the product and work received?

Please provide any other insights or recommendations

    I initially got it on a free trial and yes it does capture things, so far only OLD REPUBLIC...it is limited by some companies not liking the auto accept approach to things like Main Street,etc. I decided to go ahead and buy it...now I have to evaluate on their tech support because this $500 app has developed issues on my computer....i wish they had phone support for free but they charge $60.00 for it so I posted a "ticket" for my issue. Stay tuned. It is a bit pricey for something so simple there is not much to the program....Microsoft office is less money and it does so much more but it doesnt grab BPO's!
