BankerREO.COM

I just received a phone call from this company wanting to get money from me.

Promising some future listings in my neighborhood.  As I was talking to this person

I can feel that this company may only be after my money.  I asked him so many questions

regarding his company and how many banks they work with and etc.  He could not give me

a straight answer and just hang up on my face.  So, BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

IF BANKERREO.COM calls you don't just give him your credit card for $349.00/yr.  They

more likely the same company as Absolute REO.  Take your money and never give you any

assets.

  • I got several calls from this company and decided today to do a search.  They want that money and that's all.  I will not join.  Thanks for the great blogs.  Lamco is another one who wants your money and will not deliver any REO listings.  Sorry, I have first hand knowledge as I joined with them in May 2011 after being hammer for months.  I have not gotten even a BPO.  Real estate agents BEWARE.  THANKS.

  • Thanks Bessie for your blog. Just think, its been a year and they still keep calling. I just received a phone call from them today. They are out of Illinois state in which I am also. I know this is Absolute Reo because they also came from this state. Thanks for the heads up. I just remember reading your blog and I told them no thanks. Then I get an email telling me I am not accepted to their organization. They still keep going.Their number 847-577-3207.

  • I also just got a call from BankerREO (Lauren Caplan) Account Executive from IL (847)380-6442.
I almost gave them my card number but then I got a feeling that this does no feel right.
They also emailed me the agreement. They didn't sound real to me.
  • DO NOT DO IT. YOU DONT HAVE TO PAY TO GET LISTINGS!!!!!!

YOU WORK TOO HARD FOR YOUR MONEY TO GIVE IT TO THESE CROOKS. YOU MAY GET 1 BPO ASSIGNMENT IF YOU ARE LUCKY.

  • I just received the call from Dave at Banker REO.  He gave a good pitch as did the sales person from Absolute REO did with me back in May 2011.  He really tried hard to defend himself that they were not related to Absolute REO.  He stated that he had a Pre Foreclosure home that needed an exterior BPO and then would be assigned to me later on after the Foreclosure.  I told him I needed to know the location of the asset that he needed the exterior BPO on.  I pulled the title record and found that it did have a notice of sale set for this past June.  I then pulled the MLS and found that it had just been listed yesterday as a Short Sale.  I called the agent to probe about the listing.  Unfortunately, I could not get thru to the listing agent before finishing this blog, but I also found this thread about both companies as well.  http://www.theshortsaleguide.com/forum/topics/beware-bankerreo-inc-...

So, the last word is AGENT BE WARE!!!

BEWARE BANKERREO INC. SCAM...SCAM...SCAM...Just another division of ABSREO(Absolute REO)
HI folks! I really wanted to get this out there to everyone on this site. If it helps just one agent, then I've accomplished my goal. Please, Please,…
  • I got the call today in Houston. No Thanks....
  • Just got a call from them today..  They did sound like Absolute REO...
  • Just got a call from them this evening too...she was speaking so fast, I had a hard time getting a word in at all.  As she spoke I did a google search and realized that they may be associated with or may have been Absolute REO.  Thanks but no thanks.
  • Pay to play is a no-no and always a scam.
  • Hi Bessie - check out the blog from Cindy just a few days before yours. Same scam and some good feedback/comments in there.
