Looking to build a team

Do you live in Orange County, CA? Are you an active agent but biz is kinda slow? Are you looking to get into the REO biz but can't due to the overwhelming amount of agents also trying to follow suit? Are you looking to subsidize your income so you can weather the storm? Now most important are you a team player?I am looking to form a team. I work with several asset managers and I am extremely busy. I am having to turn biz away and I decided that I do not want to do that. I am looking to create a team to help me with my biz in return for a commission split. You will also get paid 95% on your own personal business. I am looking for seasoned agents who want to learn the REO biz but also want to continue to market themselves and add to their own personal biz.Does this peak you interest? If so please call me because I could use the help. Thanks~Stacie

  • Hello my name is Tom Jurado. I'm a Broker in Ventura County. If you ever have a need or desire to expand to this area I'm willing and able to learn from you. Been in the business for 12 years and my referral pipeline and previous modes of generating have slowed substantially. Looking to get into the REO/BPO business as soon as possible.
  • I am interested in joining your REO team. I have tons of experience. I sold REO property from 1985 to 1999.
  • For the record I am very jealous! Congrats on your REO's and if I lived in Orange County I would be most willing to help you anytime. I am in the Sacramento Area where my Short Sales are still on the rise! I am looking into getting BPO's and REO's as well.
    Best Wishes.

  • Hi Stacie,
Great blog, not to mention impressive. Impressive because you are so open and willing to share. It seems since I have decided to "wet my feet" in this world of REO's, everything seems to be a secret. It truly blows my mind. Yes, I know the housing market is a mess, and yes, the lenders want to make certain to deal with seasoned agents so they limit themselves to the "select few". But sad to say, the select few are so inundated and overwhelmed that the service provided is that of poor quality customer service --both the potential buyers suffer and the lenders trying to reap the best ROI suffer. Therefore, quantity vs. quality is the name of the game, hence the domino effect comes into play; therefore, all parties involved will suffer, including our Nation. There is an overabundance of Agents and Brokers such as myself, that is willing, able and very available to service the REO industry. If given the chance this REO industry would quickly become a great thing for both the agents and the lenders and the housing market will hopefully see better days sooner.. Hats off to you. I consider you a REO Pioneer :-)

Although I do not live in Orange County, I am next door in San Bernardino, city of Chino Hills. Should your biz expand my way, I'd be interested in talking to you about joining your team. By other blog sites I have seen you on it is obvious you are true to your work and will be a great success to any Asset Manager you service. Good luck and I hope to meet you in person real soon!
