For the past year and a half, I have hit the ground running with short sales, and I am now busting my tail trying to get into the REO business. I have been doing BPO's for several companies for the past year. I have a very large list of BPO and REO companies at my disposal. I have signed up with just about every one except the ones that required over 2 years of actual REO experience. I am in a rut and just can't seem to pick up the first REO listing. I would be more than happy sharing any info I have with you... Short Sale or REO/BPO lists... whatever is beneficial to you.
I am newer to the REO world and am also experiencing reo's by representing buyers. I do have two REO listings from two different companies and would love to get a lot more! Jesse recommended I read your blogs as I am new to this site and now I see why! Thanks for the great info. Look forward to hearing from you.
Let me start with 2 companies that I personally do biz with one I paid for and the other is free. res.net and goodman dean. They are both easy in terms of BPO forms and they both give me REO listings!! (That's the point right) So that's my 2 for this week. I have hundreds!! Now you tell me your 2 fav's!!~Stac
I am just entering the world of REO. I am now experiencing REO's by representing buyers, but yet listings. I am sooooo anxious to get with a few AM's to jump start my REO business. I am more than willing to share the resources that I have researched thus far, but I don't know how beneficial it will be for you since you are well on your way.
