Hi Dina, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. At this point we only handle California closings but we have submitted our application to handle Arizona closings as well. We are hopeful to be approved with the state of Arizona in the next 30-45 days. We handle escrow but can order, coordiante and work closely with title to handle any title curative issues.
