  • We have a great idea, I am in the process of storyboarding it now with a friend so, not all that far along but, we know what we want.
  • No I dont how much does the software cost?
  • The REO companies have their own software. Are you trying to market this with the agents or the asset mangement companies?
  • never mind, I figured it out....lol
  • For some reason, the username or password isn't working for me.
  • Thanks, I'll take a look.
  • The foreclosures I do are all through the programs each bank uses. For short sales I always use a short sale attorney.
  • Ok, so it sounds like it would work as an Asset Management tool......I think. Um, set me up with a trial or whatever and I would love to play around with it and see what it can do. Just keep in mind, I am more interested in an Asset Management platform than I am a management tool for a brokers office.
  • From the AM point of view, does it allow for task assignment, tracking, scoring, that kind of stuff?

Are you currently working on getting any banks to do some type of API integration?
  • Hi Chris,
Thanks for the offer with your software however, please understand that I get solicitations all the time from a variety of companies who want me to “showcase”, “use”, “promote” their latest, greatest software or idea but, truthfully, none of them ever seem to pan out for reason or another.
I would love to take a look at it but, before I do I just have a couple simple questions.
    1. Does your software have an Asset Management function for Asset Managers?
    2. Does your software communicate directly with any bank so that users can avoid faxes and emails?
    3. Cost…how much?
