Zach, Your blog post is more of a forum post. Please repost it there. I've cut and pasted your lines for you to redo...I am a REO agent in the Phoenix Arizona are. Last year I was running with about 50 to 80 properties. This year I have only had about 10. Foreclosures are up about 30% from last year. In fact in March we hit an all time record high.
Like many of you, I have been hearing get ready for the wave. What is your guys oppinion when the banks are going to start releasing properties?
