  Yes, I got in; and then I went to New Mexico (Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and Taos) with my husband. Just got back.

  Regarding countrywide in my area you have to be submited by a local branch manager, I went that route but think the rules might have changed. I sigend up for First Preston a few months ago
  and got a Master listing agreement for BofA and Fannie Mae
  some people said they also got it for Countrywide. I will be calling first Preston tomorrow to see if I can feel out the Master listing agreement for Countrywide also, I will keep you updated:)
  Do you have any info on Banks that are still accepting Agents??

  Like you, I am new here and hopefully like me, you see the potential that this social network has to offer and the great advantages we have by being in on the ground floor.
