Welcome to REOPRO Clean Out Crew. This group is dedicated to those people (like yourself) who offer custodial services for REO Properties.
In order to be a member of this group, you had to be recommended by someone in the industry so you should feel proud that someone thought highly enough of your services and decided to recommend you for membership.
One of the benefits of membership is having access to our REOPRO Agents. Right now we are a small but, growing group. I set the network up on May 23, 2008 and already we have over 100+ members and 167 pending invitations. In other words, you are going to have access to actual REO Agents that you can solicit without every paying a dime for the lead, as with traditional marketing!
So how can you solicit? The best advice I can give it start blogging. As a member you will get your own home page, from there you can add video blogs, traditional blogs, picture of recent clean out’s you may have completed or videos of the worse house you have ever encountered. Make this page your own and commit to keeping it updated on a regular basis and you blogs, videos, pictures and whatever else you add will appear on the Main page of our network for all to see! The key to your success is to stay relevant.

This site is dedicated to the Realtors who work with Lenders, Banks and Asset Managers in assisting them with the liquidation of their real estate portfolio holdings.
We are a Network of Professionals spread across the country and have come together online to network and provide support through our accumulated knowledge and experience. This support could be anything from providing information on ways to obtain industry recognized designations, to the contact information of the Asset Managers who can make or break us. The power of our network will be determined by those who participate openly and freely.
I really would like this to be a place where we as Listing Agents can share information without constraint with one another in the pursuit to help each other in the advancement of our shared profession.
