  Hi Sam, I am a Realtor in Texas and am thinking about going to the conference in Dallas in June. I hope this is not out of line asking you these questions but since I am in Texas I knew we would never "compete" for business. I have been fortunate enough to handle all the reo properties for a major lender in my area of West Texas but I need to say that we don't have that many foreclosures here at all. I was looking at all your accomplishments and just wondered if you would share how you got on with so many asset managers preferred lists, if you don't mind sharing.   That sounds excellent! I cover Orange County and have successfully listed and sold many REO properties in Orange and LA Counties ! I am also RDCP and currently have REO properties listed in the OC! I will definitely apply to become an REO Broker with your organization! Thanks,
