  Hello Robyne<<br /> My son is an engineering student at ASU. He has worked for the last couple of summers doing trashouts and maintenance on REO properties in the Sacramento area.   NFSTI conference day 1. Awesome! Great insight whether you are just getting into the business or a seasoned REO Specialist. All of this information can help you be better agent and a better service to your clients. I left with the feeling that asset managers are now looking for qualilty not quantity when it comes to BPO's and REO listings. So listen up all you agents that are soooooooooooooo busy that you can't answer the phone. There is a new breed of Realtors on the horizon who are committed to providing quality and time service to asset managers and their investors!
