The Denver market is very strong for homes under $300k, w/ a good REO receiving as many as 50 offers within 72 hours of hitting the market.
I've been a broker here for 29 years..been through some craziness in the market, but this past year beats it all.
I'll keep you in mind for anyone going your way, & let me know if you need any help with Denver or Steamboat Springs.
