  I appeciate the invite just feeling comfortable with this platform. How's everyone doing out there is the bank letting go of any property in your area. Mine is so dry it is rediculous I must get on other's banks agent network. Any suggestions?

  Thanks for the contact. Looking forward to networking with you. Where is your market? I work the metro Phoenix, Arizona area. My office and home are in Scottsdale. I have been a licensed realtor for just over 20 years, and an REO agent for over 10 years. My inventory is finally dwindling for a high of 50 or so properties. I have been hearing that for the last year or so that the banks are going to release many more properties, but haven’t seen that as of yet. Hopefully we can network and get some deals done. I am in Southern California, Orange County (close to Disneyland), and south Los Angeles County. Been a mortgage broker for 10 years, dealing with both Wells and BOA (tier 1 preferred broker) for many years. Now that my partner takes charge in that department, so I can be free to focus on Short-sale and REO listing new venture.
