I am with you. I have done plenty of BPO's,and Equater, etc, but have still not recieved a signle REO listing. It seems to me and sorry to have to say this, but you only get REO listings if you know someone personally at the AMC or the bank. The REO business is NOT based on the professionalism of the broker or AMC or bank. I guess we can call it nepotism.
