  I think the banks only deal with Nationals. One stop that way they don't have to divide it by states. Easier for them to manager.
  
  I read over one new company who has in the contract immediate settlement required when personal property is questioned. You get paid when they get paid and you can not place liens on any property

  We have one that claims lost a batch of invoices. They own me 24,000.00. It is easy to manage everything when your client pays on time. Make it very hard when they don't. the costs of locks, anti-freeze, and other required equiptment adds up.
