Just to let you know I am still waiting for the asset company to come on line that I wrote about before. They got properties in Michigan for testing of their platform! Unlike many other companies (RP) for one they want to make sure they can delivery what that are advertising. I will keep you up to date when I get something positive from them.

The survey is just for people who have had a loan mod that are not keeping up is my understanding. If you have a borrower in your service area you may receive one of those assignments.

Katherine, My computer got hit with a virus over the weekend. My wife is doing her yoga so I can use her's. Short sales are not any different to list then any other. Get a 30,60,90 day late list and start contacting them. Keep you area small as you can because you'll find a lot of them. Get a package list together to send to these people to show what they must provide to submit to the bank. The better you get at getting the package together the better you'll have dealing with the bank. The goal is to have a complete package to submit so the first level person will contact you right away. Or a least take your call. Let me know if youn have any questions. How is the year treating you so far? Which area do you call your back yard. I work most of the time in the South Bay. I would like to start a accountability group in the Los Angeles area, what do you think the number one skill you need to work on?
