  I am a Commercial Banker looking to issue re-discount lines of credit for investors looking to leverage their capital.   Like you, I am new here and hopefully like me, you see the potential that this social network has to offer and the great advantages we have by being in on the ground floor.
  
  Of course, the only way there will be a benefit is if we collectively get active and stay active in the group.
  
  I am going through right now and asking everyone here from California, to join my friend list - I hope you'll do the same.
  
  Also, if you have REO experience, then please write a short blog on a topic of interest to you, that you feel someone else will benefit from. This will not only provide you with good "Google Juice" it will help all of us here.. I just posted my first blog here about BPO's.   I have completed over a thousand BPOs and not gotten an REO yet. Any one willing to share 1 or put in a word for me. I am in San Diego, and I am ready to go to the next step.
