  • I am wondering if you are looking for a BPO virtual assistant. I believe that my past experience for over 3 years handling and managing team that specifically working on BPO for Real Estate Agent's in US( different States and different valuation companies) will best suit to the job, I myself have a vast knowledge in understanding the market and locating all necessary information such as tax or public records, analyzing the neighborhood trend and pulling the best comparables that will back up the price opinion of the subject property. Some of my client also send comparables and additional informations and I just do the data entry. I do understand the workframe and the nature of the job, the quality needed to maintain high rating score of the agent's account to get more assignments from the valuation company. Attached is my resume for further reference. I can work $6 per BPO order and can start as soon as needed.
    Thank you

  • Hi Carolyn,

That's actually my mother's name (lol.). Anyway, glad to hear you have snagged some REOs. It's rough out here for some but I have been lucky to have a nice flow over the past 5.5 years. It's not huge like many I hear about on the forum but I won't complain. I have so many more companies to sign up with this week as I have a strong sense that there's more to come for me and I am steadily growing the business with my mom. Hopefully by late 2009 or early 2010 we will have a commercial space open as we do everything now from my home. I have a very large bonus room over my garage so we use that as office space. It's working and we have a couple home based agents underneath us but I'd love to expand with more agents and have our office focus primarily on the REO aspect of the industry as we do now and maybe a buyer's division as well. Anyway...goals goals!!! Let's see what happens with our economy first. Well, good luck with everything. Shoot any questions you have my way and I'll do the same. Prosperous blessings to you today and in the future!!!
  • Hello, my name is Brad Arnold and I own a preservation company in Orange County. I also service all of the bordering counties as well (Riverside). Hope you’re having fun in this business and that you’re doing great. I hope you don’t mind me introducing myself, but since we are practically neighbors I thought I would. I would appreciate being a part of your team, so if there is anything that I can do for you, please do not hesitate to call me at anytime.

    Sincerely,

  • Hello,

Like you, I am new here and hopefully like me, you see the potential that this social network has to offer and the great advantages we have by being in on the ground floor.

Of course, the only way there will be a benefit is if we collectively get active and stay active in the group.

I am going through right now and asking everyone here from California, to join my friend list - I hope you'll do the same.

Also, if you have REO experience, then please write a short blog on a topic of interest to you, that you feel someone else will benefit from. This will not only provide you with good "Google Juice" it will help all of us here.. I just posted my first blog here about BPO's. I have another blog at HemetRealEstateBlog.com where I have nearly 400 articles published on all different real estate topics (and some personal one too - after all we are in the people business).

Hope to see you around the REOPRO site,

  • Hi Carolyn Jeffries:

This site is dedicated to the Realtors who work with Lenders, Banks and Asset Managers in assisting them with the liquidation of their real estate portfolio holdings.

We are a Network of Professionals spread across the country and have come together online to network and provide support through our accumulated knowledge and experience. This support could be anything from providing information on ways to obtain industry recognized designations, to the contact information of the Asset Managers who can make or break us. The power of our network will be determined by those who participate openly and freely.

I really would like this to be a place where we as Listing Agents can share information without constraint with one another in the pursuit to help each other in the advancement of our shared profession.

Feel free to customize your “my page”, start your blog, add events, post photos, share videos and invite people to any of the new groups formed here by REOPRO. I believe with your help, this network can have a positive impact on the lives and professional development of all who are members.

If you have any other suggestion, feel free to send them my way, I will truly consider them, the door is always open and welcome to REOPRO.
