I'm a long time BPO agent with RRR (Residential Real Estate Review, Inc.).  I've never had a late or incomplete assignments in ten years; all reports have been submitted on schedule. They pay consistently on schedule every two weeks. Assignments are e-mailed to agents. You have to accept the assignment and then it is put into your queue for completion. This started several months ago, whereby, I would get an email notice informing me that an order is available, each time I accept the order, I get the message, "Unfortunately, this order is no longer available". "We will notify you if more orders are received in your area". I consistently get this message each time I accept an order.  I did not understand this, because every morning, I'm at my computer, as soon as an notice comes in by email, I immediately try to accept it, but, I get the same message that the assignment has already been taken. This happens on every order. The orders are, already taken,  before I accept them. This has occurred on more than (40) assignments over the past three days. One day I was on the phone with RRR, (Abhishek Sood) Chester, as I was receiving emails for assignments and he saw what was happening and tried to accept orders on my behalf. Chester received the same message, "Unfortunately, this order is no longer available".

I've contacted RRR repeatedly to find out what's going on and they recommended that I reduce my fee from $65 to $50 and see if I would receive more assignments. I reduced my fee to $50 and the same thing is happening. There are numerous orders daily. I was communicating with Chester ( (Abhishek Sood) and he told be that some agents were using automation software that capture and accept BPO assignments as soon as the notice is released from their IT center. Chester referred me to his supervisor Samuel John, who asked me to track the assignments by listing them in a spreadsheet he provided to me so they can see where these orders are going. Samuel John, provided me with a spreadsheet and I noted over sixty (60) assignments in a (4) day period being captured by another agent. I continue to see the orders coming to my email every day, but, have not been able to accept (1) order, because, they're already taken. RRR tells me that they discourage using automation software to accept assignments, but, they are reluctant to do anything about it. I've called and complained a dozen times in attempt to get at least some assignments and RRR seems more disturbed with me calling them with this issue rather then doing anything about it. I have not had any assignments form RRR in months, but, orders come to my email address everyday, but they are already accepted. I've given up trying to accept any assignments and RRR will not reassign any of the numerous orders that are automatically accepted by another agent. I'm sure the other agent with have a happy holiday with the numerous assignment they've captured over the last several months. Can anyone help me? or offer any ideas on what I should do? Herman

  • Gee, Shane.  I didn't think you were old enough to have pasted photos.....

Anyway - I had plenty of time to decline 2 RRR orders yesterday.  $50 just doesn't cut it for orders due on December 26th.

  • I too have used auto accepters in the past but have not because I accept more than enough on my own the last 4 years.  However does anyone remember using a camera to take pics, having the photos developed, using glue stick for attaching them to paper and then using a typewriter to complete BPO's?  I do!  Then we received digital cameras, internet, computers and an easier way of completing them.  With time comes enhancements to make the job easier or to make more money.  If some sites allow the accepters use them.  If it allows you to make more money or accept them, develop your business.  Nothing stays the same.  There will always things that make Real Estate better.  BTW I am also a client for  RRReview and get the same message.  However I am a Hawk at times on the computer and I am still able to accept BPO's even though I know that someone in my market is definitely using a accepter.  It sucks especially if you think it is unfair.  You are not going to stop it.  Either accept it or conform and try one yourself.

  • I know an agent who uses auto accept and made 100, 000 just doing BPOs
  • I sent them off a letter today. I to am one who calls in. I would hope that others would do the same. I refuse to go auto accept software - but pay a steep price. My personal guess is that those using this software are using un licensed folks to do their photo shoots as well. During the boom I was a 100% BPO business doing 80-100 a month all myself - that was a 7 day a week job. By the time you drive photo and work on reports that pretty well maxes you out.

  • I dont use them any more because of this. The auto accept company is a load of crap and RRR says they will cut us if we use it but they dont do anything. Ive turned emails over to them from the main auto accept company where they almost brag about being able to do RRR. Believe me, I have fast computers, internet access and use multiple monitors and NEVER am able to get an order from RRR. Heck with them. There are many others. I average 65 orders a month.

  • I to have the same issue. Just this am 15 orders in, all gone. I got to the security code of just one and it was gone by them as well. They do not want folks using auto accept software but I loose a lot of money each month when this happens. They do not seem to be able to fix this issue. I wish they would go to auto ASSIGN - and spread out the assigments that way with a 5 mintue clock to accept.

  • Thank you CECE FOX. I've also tried to accept assignments on my iphone and have the same problem. I think it's time I've located some auto-acceptors to accept assignments on my behalf. I've been a realtor fom many years and a large portion of my monthly income comes from BPO's but, I'm finding it harder and harder to get the higher paying assignments, because, they're scooped up within seconds of release. Now, I have to locate a software company that has automation software to auto accept orders/assignments as they become available and is compatible with the companies I ultilize here in Colorado. It seems it's the only way I can compete or I'm dead in the water. Thank you for your suggestions.

  • You need a faster internet download speed, a faster automatic email check like every 1 minute, or you need to manually and constantly refresh your email.  You could also try being logged in to your RRR account and sit there all day refreshing their website.  It really is just not worth it.

RRR is constantly reminding us that they prohibit use of auto-acceptors but then you find out that they don't do anything about it.  So they should prove that they are actually punishing people.  I'm not against auto-acceptors myself  as I have used them in the past for a few companies, but these companies should put up or shut up about it.
