    Dear Agent:

Indymac Mortgage Services, a division of OneWest Bank has chosen RES.NET as their REO application. If you are currently a RES.NET registered agent, then you are accustomed to standard online procedures to complete tasks and e-sign documents. If you are not currently a RES.NET registered agent, you need to follow the steps below immediately for Indymac Mortgage Services, a division of OneWest Bank to continue to manage properties through your organization:

    1. Go to www.res.net to register as a RES.NET agent. There is an annual $250 subscription fee.

    2. After you register, Indymac Mortgage Services, a division of OneWest Bank, and other asset management companies, and servicers, will be able to place you on their REO files to list and maintain their properties.

    3. You will need to login as an Agent daily to review "My REO Tasks." Outstanding tasks can be found in a line item and completed online.

    4. RES.NET, Inc. support staff is available Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST for any questions or training needs. Please don't hesitate to call 800-760-7036 or email support@res.net.

    5. Indymac Mortgage Services, a division of OneWest Bank requires all agents to submit all tasks (BPOs, Photos, Updates, etc.) and reimbursable expenses through the RES.NET portal. Faxes, mail, etc. will not be an acceptable format.

Failure to register by July 30, 2010 on www.res.net as an agent may result in loss of business with Indymac Mortgage Services, a division of OneWest Bank.

If you have any questions regarding this e-mail, please contact Nicholas Huerta, Nicholas.huerta@owb.com, or RES.NET, Inc. support staff.

  • Amen James! I was vented about that earlier. Its just to much! They all say to "weed out the fake" but we are paying more in fews than we are getting in assets! Just insane....But hey what do we do? Congress or NAR or some one needs to get on this. All of the FAKE alphabets behind people's name is just a scam. But hey if you pay for them I guess you should use them uh? To each its own...
  • I have sent a email to One West to see if this is coming from them.
  • I did get one of these too how come we have to keep paying all these fees. I live in a small county I have had a few listings and have a few in the works will they keep coming?? We do all this work and the fees just keep coming what is wrong withusing Equator or yeah their fees are small......
