Hello. I got a random call from this company on April 26th asking me to complete a BPO. I agreed to complete for $45 and did so on 4-27-11. I have yet to be paid. I have emailed several times and the response i get is that your request is being sent to accounting for review. Is anyone getting paid from this company? seems kinda shady that they just keep calling agents until they get a sucker to take the bait. I would also like to make a complaint to the BBB but do not know where they are based. Thanks for your feedback!

  • I just turned one down because they were in such a rush. Glad I didnt drop everthing and drive 50 miles for free
  • Like a real dummy, I'm still trying to get paid by them for 2 BPO's I did in February.  Last time they called I told them, I would not do any more until I was paid for those done in February.  I'm still waiting!!!
  • I have done bpos for them and they claim they paid me however that was 6 months ago never did order again because they said they paid i never got the money and keep getting to accounting
  • Evaluation Solutions is based out of Jacksonville, FL.  They'll pay you when they want to pay you.  Threaten them with contacting the states attorney general.  It worked for me.  Also has anyone had problems getting paid from IAS?  I'm 90 days out and all they can say is that there are some type of accounting issues.
  • You do have to request and follow up.  I have done over 45 BPO's for them and they pay, you just have to follow up with them.  They wont just send a check....which sucks!  Tiffany Hall with the company is great at helping.
  • Hi Brian, my experience was much worse, I got paid after more than a year!. I did bpos worth $850 dlls and i was calling and threaten to suit; but that did not made any difference to their sense of urgency. I did get paid though; and I get the phone calls and emails still but I don't want to work with them anymore. I am sure that evaluation solutions get paid on time by their clients, so why should we wait this long? My humble opinion, look for better companies to work with, there are good companies out there.
  • There's a 67 page post about this company at http://www.agentsonline.net/forums/ubbthreads.php/ubb/showflat/Numb...

  • I used to do a lot of BPO''s for them.  At first they would pay within 30 days.  Then I would have to constantly hound them for my money.  At one point it took 4 months for them to pay me.  When I would get an assignment they would constantly hound me to get the BPO in.  Mind you I've done 3,000 BPOs in the last 4 years for a number of different companies, most of the time I get 48-72 hours to complete them.  Once in awhile I might call and get an extension.  I've never been late.  They were relentless, sometimes getting more than one call a day.  I would notice after I completed the BPO, the QC dept would often change the value.  I quit working for them.  They would call or email me and I would tell them no thanks. They are in Jacksonville, FL.
  • That's old news..That's why you have to do your research before you do any work for these companies...Lesson learned!
  • They also promise $75.00 for a rush and they tell you it did not pass QC so they can't pay you and then they send your COMPLETED BPO to the vendor.  These guys are crooks.  I am getting a ton of orders from Corelogic, IAS, and Clear Capital and they are all honest and pay mostly within 30 days sometimes sooner.
