brokerpriceopinion.com does not pay

Anyone who has done bpos for brokerpriceopinion.com (or any other bpo company) and has not been paid for bpo services rendered needs to speak up and report them; first, to the Colorado Better Business Bureau, second, to the Colorado Attorney General's office, and third, to NABPOP. I am in battle to get paid and have filed complaints with the above mentioned. If enough complaints are made, we can stop them from this type of business practice of not paying agents. I strongly encourage all agents to file complaints and have your data ready of jobs completed. I have been told by them through the BBB that I will be paid, but I have not received full payment yet. They did agree to pay me only after I complained to BBB in installment checks cut biweekly, but I have only seen one check and that was in December 2010. They still owe me quite a bit of money. They simply told me before I complained that they did not have the moeny to pay me and they didn't know when they would have it. They also told me that they were expecting an investor to come above with funds and at that time would be able to pay. Think about it: what investor would invest in a company that has BBB complaints against it? If you do not report them, they will continue to not pay agents for bpos. I've seen they've been doing this since 2004. NABPOP can certainly help stop them, if not report them to the banks who are using them for the bpos, to stop using them for bpos. If they continue with nonpayment for services rendered, they need to be put out of business.

  • DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Brokers Price Opinion. They DO NOT PAY.  I was contacted by Broker price Opinion in August 2013. They said they had 4 rush commercial BPO's. I explained that our local MLS is not a good source for comps and I would have to pay LoopNet for sold & available comps. We agreed on a price with a 30 day payment. I completed the BPO's on time. 35 days later I called and called and called. Each time I called I was pushed off to a voicemail in the accounting department. My emails went unreturned. Finally I spoke with some one who told me they are paying 60 days after completion (Not what we agreed on).  60 days went by and still no payment. Called & called again, same BS they put you through to accounting where I leave a voicemail which NEVER gets returned. Mailed a past due invoice, called 10 more times, sent 10 more emails  ... and received an email that said they pay 90 days after completion. I have still NOT been paid. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with BrokerPriceOpinion.com

  • They are a total ripoff.  They have the strictest requirements but do not want to pay.  The expenses in gas, toll charges and time is not worth working with their company.  They owe me over $700 and I am not stopping until I get my money. Brokerpriceopinion make you feel like they are doing you a favor when they do finally pay $200 once every other month.  Enough is Enough.

  • BrokerPriceOpinion is BANKRUPT! .. They openly admit it in their complaints posted on the BBB.

  • I have been doing bpo's for them for 2+ years. Somehow NEVER noticed the were not paying (only like 1 a month), -started trying to get payment this Spring, still nothing- oh but of course they were happy to offer a "settlement" of less than half the amount, are you kidding me!?! It seems they are doing this and once agents get tired of it, move along and call the next "unknowing" agent... there must be a stop to this practice!

  • Yeah They told me that they send a check they did in fact send 2 one for $180 and one for $290, They still owe me on about 50 orders... I just hope I dont have to call and complain every few months to get paid.  They have also stopped calling completle since I complained, havent received any requests in at least 2 months.  I think its crazy  that they stop using people that demand to get paid for work that is done. 

  • Brokerpriceopinion.com, I just spoke to someone, after asking for Walter Coats. I let them know that going back to 2009 there are msg boards of them not paying. She claims that was the, B^%sh&t, excuse me I had to sneeze...Anyhow, she said she was sending out a check Friday, we will see...

  • Shame on me for taking more orders from them, after I was paid up about 8 months ago I started taking orders, Ive completed close to 90 since being paid.  I have not recieved a single check in the mail since the last payment I recieved at the beginning of last summer.  I have put a few calls into their accounting department and have not recived a single phone call back and have also noticed orders have stopped coming since I called accounting.... Seems odd

  • I reported them and within 2 weeks I received a check for $700 and a month after that I received a check for $900 so it works and will get their attention.  They have almost paid up in full and I have started taking orders again from them recently we'll see if they pay this time around. 
  • eValuation Solutions is the worst as far as receiving payments from.  I have been trying to get paid for over a year on $360 worth of BPO services performed.  I have finally given up and obviously have stopped working with this company.
