  • This time in history is perhaps the best time to get into a BPO firm. With the massive amount of work out there new agents are finding it easy. I recommend singing up with as many companies as you can, since in the end you will getting work from just a handfull on a regular basis. It depends to on how many agents they have in your market area. A good thing to do is be around when holidays come up as many agents are away and this may be a time you can get your foot in the door.
  • Chris, In your area you should sign up with First America @ . They will require you to complete some online training. if you are new to the bpos this could be a great place to start. I know for fact they have tons of business to give in your area. Good Luck
  • you just have to be patient some can take a few days while other takes longer. You just have to remember who you applied to and give them a follow up and find out where you are at in their system. Let them know that you have register and find out what else do you need to do to be a vendor for them.
  • Chris, Jesse and Johnny;
    How /where is the the info to register with the asset management company? i've been on the phone(on hold) with several banks/mortgage companies trying to get the process... any advice will be appreciated.
  • Johnny hit it on the nail, results are going to be widely different depending on the individual business needs of the different companies you applied with. Some business are going to have lots of work in your area while others simply won't. The best thing you can do is follow up with phone calls and emails but, it's all going to depend on what business needs they have and that includes, how many Realtors they already have signed up in your area competeing for that BPO.

    In short, we don't have any realy answer for you other than, keep applying and keep contacting them.
  • Be patient, keep applying to other companies. Follow up with polite phone calls asking for business. I have to be an infomercial, but results may vary!
