I almost had to board up this property because of this recliner. After it went back to bank and I did a CFK (owners didn't sign and we were about to evict) the previous owners moved out in the middle of the night. Then...I had someone keep breaking in to sleep in this recliner!! No utilities and this property smelled like a port-a-potty!! Stupid recliner....
