Hi Julia,

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner! I haven't been on this website for awhile as I went on vacation and have been busy trying to get caught up ever since! BPOs are so hit or miss. I'll be super busy with them one week and then will have a 2-3 week dry spell. I'd say keep signing up with them and keep checking back for assignments. I've been hearing that short sales are the better business to get into because many agents are avoiding them thinking that they're too much work!

By the way, you're not from the Anoka area originally, are you?

I work with my dad and brother and we've been extremely busy. I mostly work on the BPO and CMA aspect while my brother is the REO guru. How's business going for you?

I am busy with Clear Capital, OcWen, and by plain good fortune, a local bank. the first two are strictly bpo and cma, although the frequency seems to be increasing, no listings. The last, I have sold several of their foreclosures, and have an ongoing relationship with them.
