Thank you for your support. I have made contacts with Asset managers, and currently talking with someone for BPO's.

I just would like to stay busy, and help other agents too. I do not necessarily feel a need to have the listings.

I got another contact today for open house help for REO agent who is overwhelmed...so maybe things are moving in right direction?
