  HI REGINA; haven't been to san luis in long time ,hows your reo-trans doing ?i have been doing great getting enough but always use more i am right in the middle of foreclosure epicenter and people are flocking in droves from up north and europe to buy ,we are actually short on inventory (real homes for sale ) plenty of s/s but very little real ones as long as reo trans can keep me in listings i'm fine,we have affiliate out there 100% commision works great specially for reo agents

  I like your Ebook Idea, and I also like your blog/capture system. Fantastic. I just joined forces with a team at Prudential. Although the company won't let us advertise as a team, so I still have to pull all my own business, but I have the experience of a 24 year real estate veteran. He is directing me to get into the REOs but I am having a tough time connecting. Since we are on different coasts and not directly competing, Might you be interested in assisting in getting me pointed in the proper direction?
  
  As soon as Titanium's site comes back online I am going to become an HSC.

I think they are worth a shot to get my foot in the door and I am going to give them both a try. Someone mentioned a PAS class. Can you direct me to a site to get more info?
