My name is Jesse Gonzalez and I am the owner of REOPro.NING.com. I hope you can clear up some confusion I have about AMS4REO.
Does AMS4REO resell reo's they purchased through thier agent network or are they Asset Managing for a bank without ever directly purchasing the property?
Your insight would be greatly appreciated, i am trying to determine if I would like to join however, I don't want to be selling a REO resell vs. selling a REO owned by a bank.

Also please let me know how soon I could expect listings in either the "934" or "920" ZIP codes, if it's soon then I'll sign up for AMS right away!
