I received about 7 orders from them in the last 2 days. Before I spend too much time and energy I would like to make certain they are legit.

Anyone heard of them? Just don't want to get involved with one of our BPO companies that don't pay masquarading as a new company!

Just got a BPO interior request, when I called because the email said payment is $0, I was told that agents agree to do BPO's for them for free in order to get listings.Does anyone have any experience with this?

"I received that communication from altisource too. Needless to say, I won't list any of their properties. I am continually sickened when some of these companies cut our commission, expect us to do more work, and then smile about it.

Hey Juli regarding doing BPO's for free, I have completed well over 10,000 bpo's over the last 7 years and have never received a listing nor an offer of one. So personally I wouldn't do a BPO for free to get a listing, just my two cents. For the right person you can make a very good living just doing bpo's, although this will end how soon I don't know but I have never been busier then I am now.
