  • Joyce, thanks for taking the time to reply. Regarding your reply, they're website does say the same thing, in essence, that they are not accepting new brokers. However, I was hoping that perhaps you could provide a name, email or phone number, or a warm intro to one of your contacts. Though their doors are closed to new agents, generally speaking, perhaps there's that AM that's fed up with their non-performing broker. Please note that I would be willing to exchange contacts.

    Thanks again!
    Trevor
  • That's a good thing - as an AM my goal was to help move the property off the banks books, mitigate losses and work with my brokers - so, I glad to hear a positive response -

So, now here I am on the "other-side of the fence" offering Brokerage Services with my Asset Management background -

Since we don't have any territory issues can you perhaps give me a little guidance in how I can build my reo clients - I would be happy to pay to you a referral on business --- BV
  • First let me say, I hope the experience was good ---- yes I do remember your name - and I was at either Fremont or Fidelity --- BV
  • Joyce -
I appreciate all your comments regarding Asset Management Companies that charge a sign-up fee - hard to tell who is who out there - so far my record is 1 for 0 -
    thanks again - BV
