John, I found you when I was trying to find a PAS phone number which is non-existant! I have an issue and would like to see what your thoughts are. I sold a Premier Asset house last month and the listing agent had posted my commission as 2.5% of the sale on the MLS. Since I sell a lot of bank owned homes, the normal breakdown is 2% for the listing agent and 3% for the selling agent. I tried to get a copy of the listing agreement which you can guess how that went. Does PAS allow their listing agents to split the 5% commission or should I pursue this further? It's over $1200 bucks, so I want an answer that makes sense and not from the listing agent who I don't trust any more. As a PAS agent, what are your thoughts?
