Yes. I saw that also and had the same thought you did. Wouldn't it be great if everyone underwater threatened to walk away from their homes. I would guess the banks would get really serious about loan mods then. It is s shame the govt hasn't figured out that if they actually helped the homeowners directly with a loan mod, this $1000. is a joke, the entire economy would rebound because people would have money to spend again on things besides trying to keep their homes. Maybe we can all start a movement...

Hi John, exactly my thoughts also. I tried that yesterday but they were not home. I'm going to try carrying a ice chest next time. maybe they will think I'm the beer man. Not kidding.
