Eric Weaver replied to Susan M Tonai's discussion Home Trust Nation
"Brandi called me, too. I was teaching a class, so I didn't have time to talk, but she left a long voicemail. For the record, I did not say they owed me money. I just said that they were evil to deal with, which they were for me."

Eric Weaver commented on Jesus D. Gonzalez Jr.'s blog post 2020 Corona Pandemic Wave of Foreclosures.
"I can't argue with your thought process here. I wouldn't plan for any big REO dump before November in any case, no matter who wins, for precisely the reasons you state."

Eric Weaver replied to Cody Clark's discussion Are You Still Generating Good Income from BPO's and REO's?
"REO has become more of a pain of late with lower end properties and more demands from asset managers to do the busywork that does not lead to sales. That is worth doing for higher end properties, but not for the ones where you will make $1000 or so…"

Eric Weaver replied to OLGA SHURLOW's discussion Yodle
"They call me once a week or so. I have asked them to let me know of someone in another non-competing market who has had good luck with it so I can talk to them. They won't, and that says what I need to know."

"The secrets to success are already out there.

The truth is that 95% of people won't do the sustained work that Marvin does to make postcarding (or anything) work. They will mail out 20 postcards one time and wonder where the people are who should…"

Are you a jumbo postcard man or a regular size? And is there a call to action on them, or a just a "Here I am" sort of an approach to build name recognition and hope that they will remember you when the time to list comes about?"
