"Reading all these low fees for BPOs makes me sad. When I first got into this business, BPO fees were $75-$100, $125 if a rush. How far they have fallen. It's disturbing to see how little value is placed on our time and expertise."

"Current commission is 3% with a minimum of $1000. Some properties are being offered with an "enhanced" commission of $1250 to each broker. They did that with one I listed yesterday."

"I no longer do BPOs, except for my listings, but as I recall they did pay fairly quickly - it just wasn't very much. They were also an outsourcer for Bank of America at one point. Not sure if they still do."

I work with an AMS that handles commercial properties in our area. They are great. They pay much higher than this, so I'm guessing it is a different company...........
