I have been saying the same thing over here on the East for the past 3 years. My problem is finding Agents that are as motivated as myself. I get a free Lis Pendis list from an investor I work with who is willing to buy as many short sales as I can generate. I also am an HRC for the past 2 yrs as well. I am in the middle of generating a letter myself and would like to receive a copy of yours as well to help mine. I am so glad that I am not the only one who knocks on doors, as I get looked at with 3 heads when talking with other Agents in regards to it. Many just don't get it. These owners are scared and don't know where to turn and a face to face meeting in my opinion is the best way to ease their tensions. This month's list for me in 4 counties is well over 2000 filings. I need 10 team members and can't seem to find any interested. I simply do not understand when I hear other Agents say they are not busy. I can't spread myself so far which I am happy I am one of the few in my area who seek business wherever it may be and also help someone in return. I tried to PM you but dont seem to be able too. I looked up the website you sent me. It is pretty expensive @$970 for 12 mnths. But i am sure, as you have said it, it is a wonderful learning opportunity. As of now i dont know if i will be able to contract with them for all 12 mnths.

Thanks for sharing the short sale prospecting strategy. I have couple of questions for you. If the home owner agrees and lists the house with you for a short sale, how do you go about getting the lender approval for the short sale? I am eager to know your answer, pls let me know.
You are a Titanium's HRC, how succesful are you at making contacts with home owners and how many listings on an average do you get in a month?
