Hello Carol, Brillion Asset Solutions is a scam. They have been scamming agents out of money since 2010. There are hundreds if not thousands of complaints against them online. Everything from paying the training fees for Residential and Commercial to do BPOs/BOVs and not being paid for completed valuations. The company is located in Newport Beach, CA and run by Max Kim and John Fukuda.
