I only get BPO work from Sam. They have affiliate companies that see your work and you may end up getting the reo. I have received some REO'S about a year after doing the BPO.
You may not always know if it's a FNMA BPO.Also you can tell FNMA bpos by the form format. It has been the same for 15 years that I know.
