Just a heads up to check your vacant homes, especially in Oakland.  Probably better for the listing agent not to be the last one to know.

    Yesterday someone got shot at one of the encampments, not at a bank owned home, so now the mayor is trying to shut the whole thing down.

    any updates on the tenants from Oakland?

      I have not heard that they have actually occupied any homes in Oakland, but I am across the bay so I do not have a lot of contact with agents over there.
