I received an email from Servicelink yesterday stating they had entered into a partnership with The Five Star Institute. "As of July 31st, any agent who wants to be eligible to market properties for ServiceLink is required to be a member of the FORCE". They are offering a discount but still seems steep since I have only received 1 property with them in the past. Anyone have thoughts on this? Anyone a Force Member?

On second thought, we are independent contractors. While this does not seem fair, we do decide who we work for. Do it or not.
Just refuse to pay to play.
I was in (un-named organization) for 2 years, and my best clients came from Equator or referrals to REO from loan officers that we sent business to at banks.
Nothing really to offset membership costs ever came out of it.
I am in the same spot, only have a few assets with them and nothing new in the past 6 months.
