Has anyone else received a notice about a transfer of assets? Did LRES fold or what? Inquiring mind.....

ok, I suppose it was just this particular asset being sold to Champion/Nationstar.

I just updated my new E&O with LRES and the site is still up. Had a sale from them a few months back now.

I've got 2 LRES assignments right now. They came in late December 2020. On Res.Net. 2 different owners of record. 2 different sheriff sale buyer entities. No notices of asset transfers.
